Imperious Bublinky is a brand name of David Philpott and Associates, a management and marketing solutions consultancy providing advice to businesses, public sector organisations and charities.

By getting to grips with the culture, ethos and message of an organisation, we translate this into a renewed internal and external strategy. We look at a business as a whole, identifying scope for improvement in each and any of the component parts, so as to create a more effective and profitable enterprise. It is - if you like - a holistic approach to service delivery, sales or fundraising.

David has over 30 years experience of working in the UK, USA and AFRICA in a career which has spanned local government, Christian Missions, the National Health Service, broadcast media, event and conference management, international development work and leadership as a Chief Executive in the fields of medicine and aviation.

In 2005 he was nominated as Charity Principal of the Year and in 2006 he was made a Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine. He was founding chairman of the Association Air Ambulances, a post he held for three years.

He is currently Chairman of the Institute of Directors in Kent and a county council appointed Kent Ambassador.

David is an author, columnist and features writer.
